I am a fully certified EMDR therapist and consultant in training with EMDRIA. I received my initial EMDR therapy training through The Institute for Creative Mindfulness. My focus is on the integration of parts work within EMDR therapy. I have my own private practice in Philadelphia focused on helping adult professionals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and imposter syndrome.

I am currently providing group consultation for any therapist that has completed basic training and is looking to gain hours towards EMDR Certification. Therapists interested in general consultation for cases are also welcome. I will be running 2 hour groups.
